The ware comes in four different materials- Fine bone china, Kansa (Bronze), Peetal (Brass) and Rajat ( Pure Silver). The fine bone china ware has a final touch of 24k pure gold which alters it into an heirloom, one you can pass on to generations with pride.

Kaunteya was launched on the auspicious day of Akshay Tritiya- May 7th, 2019.

Kaunteya products are available in four different materials. We have Fine bone china, Kansa (Bronze), Peetal (Brass) and Rajat (Pure Silver) in our collection. Fine bone china products are hand-decorated with intricate designs and finished with 24-karat gold before getting a second firing.

Fine bone china is a mixture of high-quality ceramic materials and bone ash. This dinnerware is lightweight and translucent in usually bright white tones, and is one of the strongest dishes.

Kansa is an alloy of 78% Copper and 22% tin and is celebrated for its remarkable attributes. Beyond its health benefits, Kansa's natural heat conductivity keeps food warm and flavours intact. Cherished since ancient times for its gut-friendly properties, Kansa has also found its place in Indian temples.

Peetal (Brass) is an alloy of copper and zinc, celebrated for its warm golden hue and enduring strength. Revered in India for centuries, Peetal has been cherished for its durability, natural antibacterial properties, and ability to retain warmth.

Once the order dispatches, we provide a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by reaching out to us via message or call, typically within 24 hours of placing your order.

Domestic deliveries may take up to 8 business days or longer depending on our delivery partners. International deliveries will take up to 12 business days or longer; There is a minimum $50 delivery charge, but orders worth over $250 do not have any delivery fees. In some cases, customs clearance might take longer. The customer might be charged customs on international orders. Paying customs is the responsibility of the customer and we play no part in the customs process.

Items can be added or removed from an order before it has been dispatched. Otherwise, a new order needs to be placed for additional items.

Most of our product series are for-life series, so you will be able to find products even at a later point in time.

We check and recheck before dispatching our products. You will receive the product in the best condition. But if you find any damage or defect, please initiate your return in 48 hours with a reference picture and order number. Please drop us a mail at info@kaunteya.in. While returning/exchanging products, please ensure they’re in their original packaging. We will arrange a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. Refund shall be made through the original payment mode within 7- business days.

Unfortunately, once the sale has been finalized, we are unable to take returns or exchange the products unless the product is damaged or defective.

• Wash gently with mild detergent and lukewarm water.
• Dry immediately with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
• Polish occasionally with a silver cleaning cloth or pitambari.
• Store in a dry, cool place to maintain its natural shine.
